Nanofil® DC Core Composite Resin is a dual-cure material designed for definitive core foundation reconstruction and intraradicular post cementation. With an optimal balance of mechanical strength and elastic modulus, it creates a cohesive monoblock structure that mimics natural dentin. Suitable for permanent cementation of all endodontic posts (metallic, fiber-reinforced, and ceramic) and core foundation fabrication for compromised crowns, it also supports definitive cementation of fixed prosthodontic restorations, including full crowns, bridges, and indirect inlays/onlays. The resin offers two curing modes (chemical and light), excellent flowability for easy handling, compatibility with metal and quartz posts, high mechanical strength, and strong adhesion, ensuring long-term stability and predictable clinical outcomes. Each syringe contains 8g in a pale yellow shade.
